'Tis the season for celebrations and we've just added one more reason to celebrate to our list. It is with great excitement that we welcome Lexington Company to our table and we hope you'll join us as we celebrate their arrival to Table + Dine.

We'll gather, we'll bring, we'll give and we'll laugh. Please join us!

Meet Lexington Company: Founded in 1997 by husband and wife team Tommy and Kristina Lindhe, Stockholm-based Lexington Company is an international lifestyle brand named for the town where the American Revolutionary War began. The brand which centers on American history, New England style and traditional craftsmanship is the vision of CEO and Creative Director Kristina Lindhe and widely known in Europe for its American-inspired home decor and fashion. The Lindhe's saw an opportunity in the US market for a relaxed luxury brand in America and the first US Lexington store was opened in the Spring of 2012.

Influenced and inspired by the relaxed, sophisticated and elegant lifestyle of the Hampton’s, Lexington Company’s collections focus on the classic American cottage style of New England. The collections make it easy to combine colors and styles for your home in the city, the countryside or for the beach and they include everything you need to set a beautiful table.

While we love everything about Lexington's range of products, we especially fell in love with this years Holiday Collection and we're pretty sure you can understand why. It's warm, inviting, the colors are deep, rich and can make a room or table look and feel magnificent. We're keeping Christmas relaxed and casual this year with a simple menu, our traditional recipes, favorite wines (hello Sonoma!) and focusing more on the time we get to spend with some of our favorite people. With a look like this, in holiday aprons, oven mitts, dinnerware and glassware to the wonderful plaid napkins and linens, you can be sure Lexington will be at our table this year.

It's all in the details and shown here from the Icons Collection is the Red Lexington Dinner Plate, the Red Lexington Soup & Cereal Bowl, Holiday Plaid Napkins and the Happy Holiday Napkin Rings. Add plenty of candles, fresh greenery, good wine, friends and family and you’re sure to have a Merry Christmas.

Before you start baking, stock up on the basics. Lexington kitchen textiles, towels, oven mitts, potholders are made of 100% cotton and are sure to please. Pick up an apron or two. The weight and construction of the half aprons will remind you of the one tied around your grandma's waist while she baked.

I don't know a hostess that wouldn't be thrilled with a Lexington Company gift. If your coming to our house, please don't hesitate. Bake something special and wrap it in a Lexington Kitchen Towel with your favorite holiday ribbon. It's two gifts in one and your host will remember the towel came from you every time they use it. Candles are always appreciated and you can't go wrong with a wool throw or a cashmere robe. #hintforsanta

After you've set the table and before your guests arrive, create an area for guests to relax and enjoy conversation in addition to standing in the kitchen. Add pillows, throws, candles, music and some time with you.

We hope you'll enjoy exploring the Lexington Company brand while you're waiting for Santa, get to know it and stay tuned, because there's so much more to come.
